Tell me about the property:

It is on 3 acres with many gardens and it has a central courtyard with a pool. We have a landscaper who maintains the grounds very nicely, covered parking, gated, near public transportation and all units with patios or terraces.

Is it safe to live here?

Yes very. It is a gated community, residents are asked to be very respectful of their neighbors.

Where are you?

We are in Sacramento, 8 miles east from downtown, at the intersection of Marconi and Watt.

Is there an on-site manager?

Yes, our manager lives on-site, she has been with the company for 4 years.

Is there on-site maintenance?

Yes, we have a 24 hour on-call maintenance manager who is on the property 8 to 5 daily except weekends.

Do you provide parking for residents?

Yes, each unit has one covered parking space, inquire about an extra space.

Do you have any low income units?

Yes we do, please call us to inquire.

What amenities do you have?

Two laundry facilities, pool, all units with terrace or patio. You don’t need a car to live here.

Are you wired for internet?

Yes we are. We provide free wireless in our courtyard too.

Can I barbecue?

Yes, you may have an electric BBQ unit on your balcony.

What is your pet policy?

Under 25lbs with additional deposit of $350.00 and $35 monthly pet rent.

Are you near public transportation and shopping?

Yes, bus service is in the front, shopping across the street – including Raleys.
